BAJO’S LIVING LAW ON ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION TO SUPPORT ECONOMIC IMPROVEMENT

Bajo is a tribe that has uniqueness, they settled in coastal or shallow water areas. The uniqueness of the settlements and natural conditions people can be tourism potential to improve economic people. Tourism requires preserved environmental conditions. 'living law' related preservation marine areas, such as prohibition throwing garbage household waste into sea, killing turtles, destroying corals, going sea during spawning period fish. Bajo's form unwritten law, so it several weaknesses. First, because feared shift could lost, second, implementation not enforced by official law. A good law one accordance with law', would better adopt for sake preserving environment, support improvement through tourism.
